Excellent methods! Really great and real meet you at your level therapist, Kevin. We connected on my specific needs and when I was ready we worked on past experiences that had kept me stuck in life. We went to see Kevin when my son became a teenager and he was really struggling with that transition into junior high and handling more responsibility. Kevin was great with him. Building trust and walking through things to help give my son the support he needed while also holding him accountable for getting better. I cannot recommend Kevin enough!
I highly recommend Kevin if you are looking for a therapist to help you get over past traumas. I spent 3 hours with Kevin last Friday and it was honestly life changing. Kevin Bogstad changed so much for my struggling 13 year old son. He identified issues my son was facing and worked with him for several months. My son is like a different person! He was quiet, withdrawn, disrespectful, and defiant. Now he is a confident young man who is respectful, helpful, and has skills to deal with issues, big and small, in his life.
