I made an appointment with Jon Booth for a fitting in July, as I had a couple of issues with comfort on my bike. Jon went above and beyond my expectations! Turns out I needed to make some equipment adjustments with my handlebar, saddle and shoe inserts. The store staff handled the ordering, kept me up to date on my parts arriving, and Jon was there every step of the way to make sure I was properly fitted and had all of my questions answered. If you're considering having your bike fit, this is the place to do it!!

I brought two bikes in for annual maintenance. Initially I was not happy when they made a mistake and service was not done, and I thought about posting a negative comment. Instead, I sent a email to the store about my experience. Within hours I was contacted by the store manager with an apology, and a request to make it right. Make it right they did.
