I made a new patient appointment. Showed up and no one was at the office. When I called reception informed me the doctor had to step out for an emergency. No attempt to contact me prior to the appointment to avoid wasting a trip and my time. Very unprofessional.
I found myself at Peak Spine after multiple visits to other specialists who dismissed my pain and symptoms as normal postpartum symptoms. Brian at Peak Spine and Sports gave me a safe space to explain all of the pain and symptoms I have been experiencing over the last few months. It was the first time someone actually asked questions and wanted to know more, it was so nice to be validated what I am experiencing. I appreciate the empathy and time given to me by Peak Spine and feel hopeful about my path forward.
