From the Sales manager who spent over an hour on the phone answering questions and reviewing the work estimate to the courteous and responsive office team and the guys on the ground who showed up at 6:38AM for a 7:10AM sunrise, ready to work, and completed the effort just as the snow had started that evening it was a great experience and exceeded expectations.
