The staff was friendly and efficient in their job, I didn't wait longer than 15 minutes and I was very pleased with the diagnosis. Great job.!!
All staff were friendly, polite, and very professional. I appreciate that everything was done efficiently and explained clearly. Patients were treated with respect and kindness. I had total confidence in the assistant’s and the doctor’s knowledge and wisdom to make correct assessment and diagnosis of my condition. I am grateful for such a high level of expertise available for eye care. Vision is a precious gift and I would fully trust Peak Retina with mine.
Dr. Colyer is awesome. Aside from his ELITE experience & education he has a very calming bedside manner and takes the time to explain and educate his patients. He doesn’t talk down to his patients and is not hurried. You can tell he’s in the profession to genuinely help people, not make money! I had a somewhat emergent situation. I called Peak Retina in the morning and got an appointment that afternoon. As a new patient, I was so thankful they took me that day. Every staff member including Dr. Colyer was warm, professional, and knowledgeable. Dr. Colyer shared information in a way that was easy to understand. I am so glad to have have found him in Issaquah.
If you need a retina specialist, this is the practice you want. Their staff is kind, considerate, and caring. The doctors are knowledgeable, explain everything to you and, in my case, they will go the extra mile for their patients. They are highly experienced and have outstanding credentials. I am very grateful to Dr. Collyer for seeing me right away and quickly resolving my problem under my difficult circumstances.
