If I could give zero stars, I would. This is by far the most unprofessional and unreliable property management company I’ve dealt with. It takes multiple attempts over several days just to reach someone, and even longer to get a work order processed. Once it is, the wait time for any actual service is completely unacceptable. We’ve experienced repeated billing errors, unresolved maintenance issues, and consistently rude, apathetic communication from their team. we enjoy meeting Ruth she very pleasant to talk to. We meet her couple of days ago even though it was not the property we wanted she told us to continue keep an eye on the website, new properties can pop up.
TERRIBLE company. promised the place would be cleaned before move in. It wasn't. Not only that, but the blinds to the sliding glass door were all ripped up and the other bedroom was missing the bar in the closet. I sent a message to upon move in with no response. Because the place was such a dump, we moved as soon as the year lease was up. And then upon move out, they charged me for the broken blinds and missing closet bar. this place is a joke.
