If they do the work like their drivers represent them on the road, I wouldn't have them in my home if they paid me to have them do the work. One of their drivers tailgated me up to my driveway, when I pulled in he flipped me off. When I called to report it, the call service lady was garbage too. This whole company needs a lot of work based on one encounter. What a joke, and I hope for them they fix their major problems.
Terrific company and awesome tech. Our large commercial ice machine had stopped working over New Years and we needed it repaired asap. Hauling ice from the store is no way to run a bar. Called a few repair companies and they hadn't even heard of our high-end ice machine but their "tech could look it up". No thank you. Called Peak, they knew the brand and it's listed as one they service. They called back and talked to us about specifics, what was the machine doing and not doing etc. We sent photos as well as model, make etc. ... read more
