I've had a lot of massages in my life, but this was the first time I felt the difference between a relaxing massage, and massage therapy. I went to Peak Recovery with some back pain, and after a 90 minute session, I felt a night and day difference. Anise was knowledgeable and clearly excellent at what she does. I highly recommend Peak Recovery for any athlete or person looking to take care of their body so they can get back to doing what they love.
Highly recommended!!!! Anise released my hip which was locked for at least 3-years. Stretching, physically therapy, yoga-I tried everything it wouldn’t release. She did it in one session! ONE!!! Then on to my shoulder which was also tight and painful. Every time I try to put on my seat belt or swing my golf club, I winced in pain. She loosened that up too and I’m pain free. Peak Recovery is the best!!!! I had shoulder and back tightness. Anise helped relieve all of the pain and issues. Her expertise as a massage therapist and her muscle anonymity knowledge really helped target the issues I had. Anise is also a very personable and caring person. Plus she's strong and brings the good pain! I highly recommend and will continue to user her service.
Anise is, hands down, the best massage therapist. She is intuitive, knowledgeable and truly cares about her clients. I cannot recommend Anise enough. She will change your life in just 60 minutes!
I'm an *almost daily crossfitter. Came to Peak Recovery for a back injury today. Anise did exactly what I needed with firm pressure and extensive knowledge of the muscles of the back! I feel amazing after my time here. Will be a repeat customer for sure. This girl is strong, smart, and really knows what she's doing. Would recommend to anyone in the area!
