Never responded to many phone calls. Very rude. I wouldn't recommend this service.
Incredibly unprofessional. They showed up VERY late, and did a terrible job. I complained. They cancelled my plowing contract, which was paid in full. IN THE MIDDLE OF WINTER. Either accept terrible work at a high price and keep your mouth shut, or find another plowing service. Inexperienced, unprofessional kids.
For the past 6 years I have relied on Peak Property Services for a range of projects and to serve as a general contractor for larger jobs requiring multiple skilled crafts persons. Jake and his team demonstrate a level of professionalism, attention to detail, and responsive communication that is reminiscent of the standards that seem to have long ago been abandoned.
