Caleb, Michelle and all the staff have been so wonderful through the years helping us find vacation rentals in Crested Butte, often times last minute. They always go above and beyond for us in every capacity. We loved them so much, that when we decided to move our family to Crested Butte, we reached out to Caleb. He was able to find us the perfect house for our family that wasn't even on the market yet. These guys work harder than anyone in the business and always deliver!
I have had the pleasure of dealing with Peak Property Management for more than 20 years now! They took great care of my property in Crested Butte South when I moved away and rented it out. I was amazed by how easy it is to be a landlord when you have a top-notch property management company working for you. I stayed at this property three weeks ago they keep sending you messages asking for a review so I wrote a review but they don’t like the review so they ask you to rehash, dirty towels, dirty beds, and no coffee over and over and over again so I did now I get another email asking me to change my review because they don’t like it but it was the truth. I would not return here.

Just want to thank the crew at Peak Properties for such a great experience! From volleyball to rafting, good times were had. The accomediations were also awesome! Thanks for being so attentive to details, and the quick response to questions. Keep up the good work.
