I would leave a negative star if possible. We rented a house in Springfield, MO for 1 year. We pre-paid our rent 6 months in advance & after having problems with them charging us for maintenance to come & work on our AC, a true maintenance problem that they did not fix, I noticed in our account, two months in, was charged late fees & we had to prove we paid even though they had a copy/cashed our check. I’ve never done this before, but my experience was so poor with Peak Property Management (PPM) that I figured my only recourse was to review them and share my experience. I wasn't a tenant nor renter, I owned a property and had to move out of the state fairly quickly. At first PPM was fine to deal with. But under their watch a multitude problems came up.
