We stayed in their Avon property. It was immaculate, beautifully decorated, spacious - each bedroom has a separate balconies for privacy. The scenery was breathtaking. Short distance to Vail or Beavercreek. Plenty of parking - quiet. Communication was excellent. Will return for sure! If you go on July 3rd, Avon has a spectacular fireworks shoe, then Beavercreek on July 4th. Cannot beat the location!
I have been using them for years and every time I need a place, they are able to find one for us that exceeds our expectation. They are incredibly professional and respondent to all our questions. Their rentals are always clean and well maintained. I full heartedly recommend them the next time you are looking for a place to stay.
We had a wonderful stay at the tiny casa managed by peak property management. Everything was spectacular, clean and best of all, the kindness and responsiveness of the personnel were exceptional!
My husband and I recently stayed at one of Jeff's properties during our vacation in Colorado. Our cabin was clean and exactly as expected, but I would really love to make a note of the property management; it is nothing short of amazing due to their excellent communication and timely customer service. My wife and I stayed at the Tiny Casa in the mountains of Jefferson, CO. The house was clean, views were great, a great peaceful getaway. Host response in timely manner for any communications. Will be coming back in the future.
