The place was great until my now son on law gets a very LOUD and Disrespectful call from the property management company. I am the mother of the bride who rented this Air B&B. I was unsure of what amenities were available, so I brought my own. I am glad that I did, because the cups , plates, utensils, and everything else were filthy. If I can leave a negative star review I would. We used this company through Airbnb and I can’t express how horrible the experience was. We proactively messaged many homes in the area with the knowledge of having 14 people in total for rehearsal and our elopement dinner. We got approved before booking as we had planned and had 6 months of communication prior to. As a homeowner, I need someone to protect my investment. I trust these guys.
We stayed in their Avon property. It was immaculate, beautifully decorated, spacious - each bedroom has a separate balconies for privacy. The scenery was breathtaking. Short distance to Vail or Beavercreek. Plenty of parking - quiet. Communication was excellent. Will return for sure! If you go on July 3rd, Avon has a spectacular fireworks shoe, then Beavercreek on July 4th. Cannot beat the location!
