Miki was a ton of help getting my lease paperwork sorted out, excited to move in to my first Richmond apartment next month!
Edit: This management company is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Communication is terrible, they don’t want to fix anything, and they clearly don’t know how to do their jobs. They always tell me it’s my job as the tenant to fix everything wrong in this house that I don’t even own. Every work I enter, they immediately just close out because they are that lazy and tell me to fix the issue. The experience I had with Rowena and Corey was amazing! During my tour Corey was very informative and answered all my questions. Rowena was always kind and helpful with all the questions I asked and was very patient with me!
