Do not rent from these folks. They prey on folks who are moving from another area and unable to physically tour their properties. The pictures are deceiving and the overall area is a disaster. My son rented a place and when we finally got the key code access, the a/c had mold on it. The mailboxes are broken, and the washer/dryer is non-existent. NEVER NEVER NEVER rent with these SCUMBAGS!!!!!! I live on W 8th Avenue and they are the worst landlords ever! The house we moved into was NOT move in ready, the bathrooms were destroyed, ac was broke upstairs, and a monster can was placed under a sink as a drainage for the sink water. PLEASE LISTEN TO MY WARNING!!!! They will FUCK you over! We had broken toilets running water constantly and it took them MONTHS to fix it, DRIVING OUR WATER BILL to over 400 DOLLARS A MONTH.
