We’ve had a rough month moving into our new home. Upon moving in, we had noticed a broken window in one of the rooms that we have been contacting about to get it fixed and all that was done by maintenance was to board up the window with plywood. We’ve contacted maintenance regarding our shower floor broken and unsafe to use as well as leakage into the crawl space. They took most of my son’s large security deposit, even though I helped him clean and blamed him for leaving items that were at the apartment when he moved in. Tiny issues, yet kept 65% of his deposit. Horrible treatment of young people!
ETA: I read the response, and thank you for the clarification. I agree that you did not renew our community's leases (to my knowledge those I was in contact with were month to month but that may not have been everyone included in the community), and Ohio law allows you to do so with a 30 day notice. You gave 60 days, and started with the first group right before Thanksgiving. I toured the apartment at 571 E. Rich St. with Crystal she was fantastic! She was quick, knowledgeable, and very informative throughout the entire tour. Her communication was excellent, and she made the process so smooth. Based on my experience with her, I would definitely recommend this company to my friends. 5 stars!
