My daughter is a college student and she is battling metastatic cancer. She desperately needed an apartment that was all one floor after a recent unexpected brain surgery. In just a short time things have changed do not rent from these people been with out electricity for days due to a breaker issue which takes 2 seconds to fix but we don’t have access to our breaker box which is idiotic for reasons like this I takes seconds to flip a switch seconds no reason I should be on my 6th day with out electricity and miss me with the holidays and it’s busy because if i said it’s the holidays and it’s busy it slipped my mind paying rent on time guess what I still get a late fee
I was supposed to meet Crystal to look at a place but when I arrived there was no one there. I was early but as the appointment time arrived I didn't get a call, text, or email with any updates. My appointment was at 3pm but at 3:02pm I received a "reschedule" request. I tried to call and email but couldn't get ahold of anyone. I rarely leave reviews especially negative reviews but this was completely unprofessional. If this is how a simple showing is run, I'd hate to see how it would be if I actually rented from this group.
