Changed my tour 3 hours before it was supposed to start and then didn't show up to the newly scheduled tour. Someone living in said unit said no one contacted them about a tour and then they would not answer mine nor the current resident's phone. If you're thinking about renting a place from Peak, I encourage you to check out what everyone on Reddit has to say about them as well (hint, it's not good).

I'm glad I didn’t rent a place with this company. Please cancel my appointment, because im not able even to cancel it, as it's clear from this experience that communication is lacking. I’ve been trying to reach out regarding today’s appointment, but no one is responding. Even after scheduling the appointment and checking the details, I wasn’t able to find the address. If this is the experience just for a tour, I can’t imagine how it would be if I had actually rented a place here.
