Pictures worth 1000 words… to be clear I don’t rent here, this is the condition of one of their rental properties. They’re poorly maintained and will make you sick.
I have not even moved into the place or started my lease yet and it is already an absolute headache. I do not move into the place until the 21st of August but still have to pay my full rent ($970) for the first month. Beyond this, only a couple days after my lease was finalized they dropped the rent tremendously and started a security deposit special. I have rented from them TWICE (a mistake of my own) but this company along with many others don’t care to give you a good place to live. We have had showings while not getting responses over COCKROACHES in our home. They care about making money and sending leasing agents that LIE about what is provided in a property / “don’t know” what the house has. When we signed the lease, we were told there was a washer, dryer, parking, only to find out AFTER we moved in that we didn’t even have a washer/dryer due to a “slip up” on the a... read more
I had some outlets in my room that lost their ground connection which had me worried for my gaming pc. I submitted a ticket and Pat from maintenance came out and fixed them up promptly for me. He showed me afterward with his outlet tester that the ground connection was restored. Nice guy, great service.
