Terrible management company. Does not uphold what they share in documents they ask you to sign and decides at their discretion the amount they feel like charging. Unfair and unreasonable. Additionally, slow to respond on purpose to put the customer in a financial circumstance that will only benefit their pockets to screw over their tenants. 0/0 recommend.
I toured a place with Peak Properties, the Archer, and had the worst experience. I was shown the unit and was encouraged to apply. I was told the move-in fee would be waived. They make you pay the move-in fee JUST FOR APPLYING. you only get the move-in fee waived if you move in but not if you don't? I had to get lawyers involved to try and get $500 back that was added to the standard $79 background check (which typically is non-refundable when applying to places).
