I am so glad I found Chelsea! She is an incredible physician! Knowledgeable, very thorugouh, and most importantly she listens! She didn't stop until she found the root cause of my issues and did tests no doctor ever even sugested! Not even my OB found my hormone issues and for all women in perimenopause it is crucial to find a doctor that will test your hormones and treat you as needed. I cannot recommend her enough!

Chelsea and Peak Primary Care are THE BEST. Chelsea is very attentive, extremely intelligent, super thorough, sincerely kind and refreshingly communicative. I’m so grateful to have found a medical provider who truly cares about her patients. I’d give her and Peak Primary 10 stars if I could.
I have had a great experience ever since I transition from Dr.Ubaldos office. The workers at peak primary are top notched. They are very professional and nice. My doctor Rachel is outstanding and caring. I would encourage anyone to use Peak Primary care for any medical needs.
