Not only helped with diagnosis and treatment of hip flexor,iliotibial band, TFL, hamstring,quad, and thoracic spine issues; but also, helped to develop an ongoing stretching, strengthening, and exercise plan to empower me to continue to treat and prevent further issues on my own after discharge.
Trevor was incredibly thorough in figuring out what exactly was wrong in my lower back. He is impressively smart and easy to talk to. He made me feel like I was an important patient, not just another task to check off the list. I love how friendly and welcoming everyone at Peak Potential is; they make you feel right at home. A TERRIFIC experience with a skilled & caring team! I saw Matt for my physical therapy on my shoulder, and I have seen much relief! It was my first visit to treat the pain that was keeping me up at night and my pain is gone! The recommended exercises I’m to do at home were clear and concise. I will be staying on top of my care with the therapists at Peak Potential!
