We used Amber in our search for a house in the Grey/Bruce/Huron area. She was an excellent agent - pleasant, friendly and very efficient. She did not try to "sell" houses to us but rather gave us an honest assessment of each house pointing out both the good and the bad points, especially regarding the mechanics and structure (heating, plumbing, electrics etc). At all times we felt that she was serving our best interests and not pushing us into a transaction.
