My experience with Julian was fantastic! As a beginner runner, I was prepping for a 10k and soon after increasing mileage, I started getting knee pain. There wasn’t much time til the race, so I fully expected to have to walk it. But with Julian’s help, I managed to recover and run the full distance. My legs felt strong and it was all thanks to Julian’s program. He’s patient, thorough, and supportive - would recommend to anyone!

I went to see Julian when I was suffering from nagging hip and groin pain that was inhibiting my ability to run. Julian listened to all of my symptoms and helped me find a stretching and strengthening regimen that helped me achieve my goal of getting back to running. If I have any future sports injuries, I will not hesitate to return to see Julian.

Julian is genuinely the best PT you could ask for. I sprained my ankle on a big rock while trail running and he was able to help me get back into shape and back to running in no time. He is very knowledgeable and will take the time to ask questions and understand your needs. I highly recommend him for all athletes.

I highly recommend Julian for physical therapy. I went 6 weeks with a torn ACL making no progress in my flexibility or recovery. In just two short weeks I was noticing massive differences with Julian's guidance, and 8 weeks later, am in a much better place going into my surgery. I'm very thankful for his help.

I couldn’t suggest Julian enough, he is so great at what he does. So motivating and will make sure to have you back out there doing what you love in minimum time! He also provides you with a personalized plan to make progress on your own, while still ensuring you have encouragement and support along the way of your recovery!
