I started physical therapy during my pregnancy because my sciatica got so bad I could barely walk. My pain has I’ve improved so much! I’m very thankful to Crystal Rose and Doug for making every session fun and enjoyable. They make sure you’re doing every exercise correctly so you get the most out of it. They were always willing to work with my schedule, and after every appointment I left thinking, “I’m so glad I showed up.” I always felt instant relief afterward. I highly recommend Crystal Rose to anyone dealing with pain!
Peak Physical Therapy in The Colony is a great place that takes care of your required Pre & Post therapy needs. I have been to this location three times, 2020 for Right Knee replacement, 2025 for Shoulder pain and now 2026 for Left Knee Replacement therapy. ChrystalRose is over the center and is great at setting up the therapy sessions and changes as the issue progresses. Great caring staff, they listen to the patients needs and adjust the therapy accordingly. Crystal Rose and Nathan were great to work with for the entire therapy session. I would recommend them for your Physical Therapy needs.
Great staff and facility. The homework is easily accessible and user friendly with the app. Programs are tailored to the individual. My back pain, posture, and endurance improved immensely after a few weeks.
