They gave me a time to come and then called me and told me I was 15 mins late, I said I had a different time. I told them I would me there in 5 mins. I got to the office and received another phone call saying my appt was cancelled. I told them I was less than a min away. They didn’t care and said my appt was cancelled. Therefore, I cancelled all of my remaining appointments
I’ve been going to Peaks Performance in Freehold, for ACL rehab, and I’ve had a really great experience! The staff is amazing!! Everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and supportive, which honestly makes a huge difference because rehab itself isn’t easy. They do a great job of pushing you, but in a positive and motivating way. Mike, Chris, and Maggie were all wonderful helpful throughout my therapy. Mike and Chris pushed me gently to do more in my therapy. Maggie always helped me schedule around babysitting my grandchildren. As much as it was painful at times it was still a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs PT..
