Jacob evaluated my roof and provided a very fair estimate. He helped us choose the right roofing material and the final result is excellent. The crew was timely, hard working and did an excellent job of installing the roof and cleaning up the yard.I highly recommend Peak Performance. I got four estimates and while Peak was about in the middle of the cost estimates, I knew Peak Performance was the best choice.
The day before Thanksgiving, when we had very high winds in the area, several shingles blew off of our roof. We had a roofing company come and put a temporary patch on it until we could have the roof assessed by our insurance company. After receiving a quote to replace the roof by both that company and Peak Performance Roofing, we decided to hire PPR to replace our roof once the weather would allow. Had an excellent experience with Peak Performance Roofing. I needed a full roof replacement and after a decent amount of shopping around decided to go with Peak. Jacob laid out all the options, didn’t oversell, scheduled me within a week, and came in and completed the job in one day. Minimal disruption at the house on the day of installation, and the new roof looks excellent. Jacob also followed up multiple times afterward to ensure I was happy with the results and that there were no issues. I highly recommend this company.
We met with 3 roofing companies before selecting Peak Performance. While slightly higher, we felt more comfortable and confident with them. Without question, they looked at a neighbor's roof to get the same color/shingle that we liked even though it's not what they typically use. They were prompt to call to set up delivery and work and answer and questions we had. They were very professional and stand behind their work.
