I rented the same the property for almost seven years, and they have a termination clause that allows them to kick you out of your residence for NO reason with a 30 day notice. I say this for two reasons: you should know what’s in your lease, they said “yes” to me approximately 78 months in a row. They will not properly test your well as recommended by the state, any repairs made will likely be made by an unlicensed contractor or in my case, by the realtor. Moved in and the yard was filthy. Filled a pick up truck with trash ourselves and took it to dump. We made the yard look 10x better than when we moved in. Tried to charge us an arm and a leg to fix the furnace upon move out... We told them multiple times it wasn't working over the winter and then we didn't have heat for weeks in the middle of winter. Dave with this company solicited an unauthorized call regarding a residence to sell phishing for information. He obtained an unlisted number and reached out. Reporting this company to the Board of Realtors.
Very discriminating office do not even bother walking in there nothing but heartless women that only care about paychecks and not about a community
