Don’t work for them as a subcontractor they’ve owed me money for over a month. No answer. No call backs. Will be contacting a lawyer.
Don't expect anything to get fixed in a timely manner. Can't get a hold of anyone directly. Doesn't even have a valid number listed. They love passive aggressive notes and emails, but can't send a message or call to you specifically.
When they took over the building in which I rented an apartment for 14 years, they increased my rent from $720/mo to $1025/mo. Now it has been over three months since I moved out of that apartment, and they keep ignoring my requests to return my security deposit. When I call their number, I can only speak to a receptionist in Florida, and not a person in PPPM, and they never return my calls.
I rent a property that peak performance manages and they are the worst management company anyone can hire. The AC in my unit broke on a Friday and they did nothing to fix it. The brought someone in on a Monday afternoon it’s unacceptable in such hot weather.
