I started there for rehab and stayed for the fitness program because of the warm, friendly, and supportive staff and equally inviting members.
I have been a member of Peak for over a year. My Exercise Physiologist -- Pam -- has been AMAZING!! I have lost close to 30 lbs. and feel SO much better. I would never have been able to achieve this without the encouragement, enthusiasm and support of Pam!!! The overall feeling at Peak is one of warmth and caring and I would highly recommend their Fitness Center!!!
I love peak performance fitness center. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, always willing to go out of their way to offer help and answer questions. I highly recommend stopping in for a consultation as they have numerous fitness programs that can benefit all types of people.
Couldn't be happier w my experience at peak!! Brian on land and Monika in the pool helped me bounce back from my hip surgery in no time!
