Gym has all the equipment you could need. They've got a glue ham raise and a belt squat, which is not terribly common. Staff is friendly and helpful. I couldn't have been happier visiting this gym.
I’ve been a member here for 6 months now and I love the upgrades that were made to the gym! The classes are a fun way to mix up the workouts! The staff is so kind and the fact that it’s open all hours is unbeatable!
