Peak is top notch! I take fitness classes with Heather C and she is very knowledgeable, engaging, fun and tough. She’s constantly pushing us to do new things while also cognizant of providing modifications if you have an injury or chronic issue. Excellent workouts that make you stronger! The owners are also great personal trainers and keep the equipment up to date and clean.

Peak Performance Fitness has given me back my motivation to exercise and has instilled the joy of working out. When I began my sessions with trainer Heather, I couldn’t do even one sit up but now, I can do many in a row with ease. My back aches and pains have eased, my stamina is high and I have the energy I need to do everything I need throughout the day.
