Inappropriate: I got a message and email to confirm an appointment scheduled the next day. I immediately responded with a request to cancel the appointment since it is during work/school hours and we would not be able to make it. My appointment was canceled however they had a credit card on file and I was charged $85 for a missed appointment. We had not missed the appointment and we cancelled more than 24 hours ahead of time.
