Bought a truck from these guys a few months ago. We told them when looking in their lot we needed something dependable and durable as we raise horses and would use it for hauling and hay and so on. As soon as we got the truck to the farm we had to get it jumped off. Within the first month of owning it we had the heat quit working and a leak in the radiator, along with needing a new rear wheel bearing. Theyre rude and wouldnt recomend it you think your getting a deal but your not i put 300 dollars for them to hold the car for 2 weeks till i got more money to bring them and i found out the car was falling apart so i asked for my money back because on the door it says all deposits refundable when i got there to get my money he tells me messed around and messed with his merchandise and throws my money at me and tells me to grow up DO NOT PURCHACE FROM THEM
puchased a saturn vehicle. I could find the business easily just used mapquest.com so I never had the problem sunnyskyline had. but the salespeople were all very kind to me and my wife. My first impressions of the dealer were good, but when we started the process of buying the car, things went down hill. They didn't tell us the deductible requirements of the lien holder, or that we would need references beforehand, leaving us scrambling to change the deductibles and figure out the phone numbers of our references. They said all I had to do was turn it over to the cool blue setting. I took their word for it and believed them. my first real nice car! I have owned a few but they worked with me, they were down to earth. Understood what everyone is going through for these tough times, they took my old truck as part of my down payment. it wasn't very much but it helped and I didnt even think anyone would want that old ratty truck. they even worked with me on the financing! Im kind of young , so none of the other dealers I went to in hickory shrugged me off and really didnt help me. Thay are all family which was nice and they all were very informative.... read more
GREAT PLACE FOR LOW PRICE VEHICLES – I found the address online and used mapquest so we had NO PROBLEM finding the lot. We are from hickory area but i'd never been on that side of town. the people were nice and friendly, and the prices were the lowest around for 50 miles on autotrader we had no huge issues, but a good buying experience
