They will cheat you every chance they get...if you make a payment over the phone they will use that transaction to say you missed a payment because a physical receipt wasn't issued to you...so don't make a payment over the phone...believe me when I tell you the whole family is involved....even the dogs...lol But seriously pay close attention to them. And make sure you get a receipt
I have bought over 10 vehicles over 10 years. They have always been awesome. The last truck we got has been amazing. I wouldn't buy from anyone else. I send all my friends and family to Peak!

Bought a vehicle and the next day vehicle breaks down. Business refuses to fix it without charging me.

***************** did purchase a vehicle from Peak Motors on 7-12-24. She contacted us on 7-15-24 stating she was having an issue with the vehicle. The vehicle was sold "As-Is" with no warranty (she signed forms where that was stated) but we told her that we would get the vehicle and have it checked out at no cost. We did not commit to saying we would pay for the entire repair as we had no idea what the issue was yet, but we would try to assist her. She declined to have us diagnose the issue.
. i have bought 4 cars from Peak and i have referred several people.I have NEVER had one problem.They were very nice to me and everyone i sent said the same.Someone said Ryan was rude ,that is so hard to beleive.Ryan is always very kind and helpful to me at all times.All the boys were.If you want a decent used car i still say go to Peak!!!
I got a 2009 grand jeep Cherokee from these people. Since day one I experienced issues. Rust, major electrical issues. Mike and the "owner" had the car back and forth from Boone to hickory just to do "repairs". To send back to me as crap again. It would shut off whenever it felt like Nothing was ever fixed, so pretty much an unreliable car. There was NO professionalism whatsoever with these people . No documentation of ANYTHING. Rant : dont nobody ever go to Peak motors in Hickory nc sold us a bmw they said nothing wrong with it had a week noticed it had leaking oil so had it check it had hole in radiator and water in oil bad leak and bad transmission slipping mike the owner of peak motors he says i cant do anything ??that what gives car lots a bad name very upset but just warning ppl live a learn.so went got a 2017 so that makes it better thanks Randy Rosenbalm
Bought a 2005 civic from here a few years ago. I got a really good price on it. But the car was in a wreck and it wasn't reported to the insurance company. The rear pillers started to chip from the cheap pant that was slapped on. Underneath the pillers were rust. I took it to a body shop they sanded the whole thing down and showee me that the car was in a major accident with frame damage and that they could do body work and paint it but the way it was welded would make the paint in that area come off in a couple years. I would not buy from these people and am glad that i didnt. I was given the run around and after i brought the vehicle to a mechanic he saw several things wrong which i was still willing to purchase the truck but not pay the high price. So on that Saturday the agreement was a hand shake and was under the impression we had an agreement. Well no phone call Monday as i was promised, no return calls after i called 3 times. My fiancé and I have bought two vehicle's from Peak Motors and will definitely buy more in the future we have already referred family and friends and even strangers there. There cats are decently priced and the employees are very friendly.
