Took over 100 days to try and close. owner, derek, yelled at my wife, yelled at my realtor, then yelled at listing agent and listing agent terminated loan. Seller was very patient and let close go past 100 days for this office to not care. It was Derek, the owner, yelling at selling agent, that killed loan. So over 100 days of paperwork and kinkos scanning, emails, phone calls...for nothing. Going with new lender. Seller fine with it, so is realtor. Thanks for nothing Peak mortgage tualatin
