I switched to Christine Smith after a bad experience with another doctor (shall remain nameless) But I immediately was happy with how professional her staff is (Diane) made me feel very safe and welcomed me and took me in immediately as a walk-in the first day. I love that she communicates quickly though their portal I don’t have to wait forever for a response to a message or call. I absolutely love Christine and her practice. I have searched FOREVER for a doctor like her. She’s wonderful. Literally she has helped me more in 3 months than any doctor I’ve ever had. She listens to all your concerns and there’s never a rush to get through the appointment. She is on top of everything and always asks what your opinion on her treatment plan is. I love how I can make an appointment online and I’m taken back as soon as I walk in. She’s just great I can’t say enough about her.
I am quite busy and usually don't have time to write reviews.....HOWEVER, Christine is more than deserving of (another) EXCELLENT review! She ALWAYS takes as much time as you need to accurately diagnose your issues/concerns and genuinely cares about getting you the best care possible. I have been frustrated in the past with medical practitioners not evaluating me as a whole or only treating a single symptom rather than looking into the cause and root - but she does just that !!
