I had the pleasure of seeing Dr Apel for a neurological issue. She listened and said she would help me get into a specialist soon. Because of her I was able to see a specialist and now I am finally on the right track for help. She was the only one who took the extra effort and I am very grateful.

Having been a patient here for over 4 years, while seeing Dr. Jason Lee, I was completely disheartened to hear of his leaving. I was told I'd be contacted by the clinic to recieve a follow-up appointment with a new provider. After a few months of hearing nothing, It took 3 emails to finally get a response. I was contacted by reception who had told me that I had actually been referred to Bridgeland Oasis and given the number for them. Multiple appointments for my father have been rescheduled at the last minute, shortly after being confirmed because the neurologist Dr Govender has appointments. This has been extremely frustrating and disruptive. Due to these repeated cancellations and the lack of consideration for patients’ time, I do not wish to return to or recommend this office.

I had a very frustrating experience here. If you’re seeing Dr. Wieber, without gross observable symptoms, be prepared to advocate for yourself. In my case, because my symptoms weren’t overt or easily measurable, I felt they weren’t taken seriously and conclusions were made quickly without fully considering my experience. This ultimately led me to seek alternative care, as I didn’t feel supported in finding answers.
