Where do I begin. This is a warning to all that need breathing equipment. I am 58 years old, and handicapped. Today the supposive owner of this company, or a person pretending to be the owner (Abid Kassam) came into my home to take some oxygen equipment back as my funding was cancelled. I was told by management that the person who would be arriving to pick it up would be providing a signed document that 1000's of dollars was returned to the company. From the moment you walk in the clinic is clean and tidy, the front desk staff were welcoming, warm and efficient. There was barely a wait time after I arrived. The nurse I saw took a complete history and made sure to note everything I said. I saw Dr. Jasper Johar for an initial consult and he was attentive, willing to listen to all I had to say and was able to lay out a clear plan for me going forward. Minimal wait time and the reception staff were super nice and friendly. Dr. Gill was very caring and attentive and took the time to take my history and listen to my concerns and help me with the insurance paperwork for my Dupixent coverage. I did an allergy skin test too and the nurse was very nice. The test is not covered and is optional but it was worth the $75 for me to know my allergens!
Not sure why the reviews are so low. I came here for an allergy test and it was fine. Secretaries were efficient, nurses were very pleasant and chatted with me during the initial stage. Dr. Johar was in and out quickly, but both professional and helpful - he gave me significantly more than the required information I was expecting. Very good experience, no issues at all.
I did my "homework" preparing for my first allergy specialist appointment today, writing down all my med. allergy history. Since my childhood i have several allergic reaction to drugs, to food, to antibiotics etc. Well....after waiting a full hour, finally dr.
