I had a very frustrating experience with this clinic, particularly with communication, follow-up, and the handling of confidential information. I was referred to dr. Villaneuva by my family doctor. I keep getting text messages from this place. I have called 5 different times and there is always a long wait. I tried leaving a message and it hangs up on me. In my messages it does not say who it's for or what it's for, which tells me this is not a professional place. I tried canceling this appointment, but they want me to call to cancel, but yet they don't answer the phones. I will not be paying for an appointment I've been trying to cancel to this very unprofessional place.

Peak Medical Group in Calgary is a lackadaisical and apathetic😒 private owned for-profit company that operates many specialty medical clinics, its services are publicly funded and are covered by Alberta Health Care. They operate multiple locations throughout Alberta; their fees are covered by our💰 tax dollars. It is not right that they use our money for hosting their own😵‍💫 private social events. I am incredibly unhappy with my experience at this clinic. I was referred here by my family doctor, and had my appointment on Nov. 14th. This appointment was booked several months out to help diagnose some chronic nerve pain I have been experiencing, and I was of course looking forward to finally getting some forward movement on my health issues.
