Polite, informative, professional!
I am not personally a patient here but I care-give for a young adult who is. I’ve accompanied her on visits to her doctor. I’ve found that the front end staff are always friendly, they know the patients and they are accommodating with appointments. The doctor himself is friendly, takes his time with the patient, and on our last visit really went above and beyond to provide extra assistance.
Amazing staff, doctors and nurses. My aunt was seen by Nurse Rukhsaar and Dr. Moir at this clinic. I must say the knowledge carried by the staff is truly exceptional; my aunt couldn’t stop praising the care she received. This is by far the best medical cannabis clinic in Edmonton ⭐️ Thank you for helping my aunt manage her chronic pain. We truly appreciate it!
Was referred to Dr Nielson, words fail me! He took time to listen to our issue, explained everything in detail. Forever grateful for his service! Calls to check in how we are doing . Just wonderful!
Knowledgeable staff and Dr's. Nurses are helpful and an earnest desire to make you feel better. Willing to give more resources if you ask, like pain management courses.
