I had an extremely frustrating experience with Dr. Neilson and his office staff this week. During my appointment, Dr. Neilson repeatedly spoke down to me and made assumptions rather than listening. He initially blamed my symptoms on not drinking enough water. When I explained that I drink approximately 4 litres a day, the narrative immediately flipped to drinking too much water. Nursing staff will ban you from the clinic if you catch them lying - doctors were decent, just be prepared to get jerked around by the staff while your kid has increasing rates of seizures and they start moving appointments without telling anyone. Very unprofessional behaviour and extremely concerning considering the subject is children’s brains.

It was my first time to visit this clinic after waiting for 6 months. I walked in this afternoon only to be greeted by someone at the front desk who is incredibly unfriendly. No smile zero customer service. They took my payment right away before even seeing the doctor. I paid and was asked to sit and wait for the call. After a couple of minutes the doctor came out and called my name. I walked inside her office and right away started asking a lot of questions. I've seen Dr. Tracy Bryan for a number of years now. What she lacks in bedside manner, she makes up for in knowledge and understanding of prescription coverage and weighing both the best and affordable medications for her patients. The clinic itself I find run well, albiet again, lacking a bit of client care, but overall much better than most.
