I have no experience with Peak Medevac, but I just read a story where they were the hero. A little boy was stuck in Belize after a terrible horse riding accident. He was seriously injured and needed special transport to get home to Colorado. The cost was estimated to be $40,000. The family set up a GoFundMe page because they were desperate to get their little boy home. Then Peak Medevac offered to pick him up in Belize and fly him home for free.
