I'm an applicant at this community under usda and rural development. On 06/09 the community manager Rudy Campos told me they consulted with my current landlord to verify residency. I have already passed credit and background check. Then the manager is randomly absent for 5 business. The receptionist keeps saying they don't know when he will be back. The Minnesota region is pathetic , upper management is useless they have no business being in the positions that they are in . Core of the company has all left . The joke of the twin cities
