The owner is polite and caring. The instructors are really good at what they do!
I love pilates fusion SO MUCH! All of their classes are really incredible. I have been adding them to my weight lifting routine several times per week and it has been a game changer for my energy levels, strength, mobility, tone. I had no idea what pilates was going to do for my entire body. My core is so much stronger! Peak is the best investment I've made in my health this year!
