Peak Kia, it's not a great idea. I highly do not recommend this dealership. Take your car somewhere else, take a drive to avoid this place. I'll take it to Spradley Kia in Pueblo before I ever take it back here. Kenneth in service, whom I checked out with, if you dislike your job that much you should really find a new one, and you should never talk to a woman the way that you talked to my Wife, and you shouldn't assume that just because she's a female that she has no idea about cars. I wish I would have read reviews before coming here. I dropped my car off for a rear wheel noise at 9am. Never heard from them again. I called. And called. And called. And text. And waited on hold. And then I eventually just went and got my car after 5pm and it was never even done. They said they needed to uninstall the car seats in order to listen for the noise and they needed permission to do that. But they never called to get permission, so they never assessed my car? After 4 months and 4 visits to try and fix a check engine light, I am giving up on Peak Kia. The first trip they, fiag owed the problem and had to order a sensor, but then the frustrations began when the check engine light came back on a day after I picked up the car from the 2nd visit. I brought it back in for a third time and it took them 2 days, but even they said they fixed it and told me their technician just didn't know how to properly reset the check engine light. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM PEAK KIA! About two months ago we purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Telluride with under 5,000 miles. We also purchased the extended maintenance plan which was described to us as "bullet-proof coverage front to back, minus any wearables". As you could expect, we were excited about the new car and happy to have the extended coverage.
