DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM PEAK KIA! About two months ago we purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Telluride with under 5,000 miles. We also purchased the extended maintenance plan which was described to us as "bullet-proof coverage front to back, minus any wearables". As you could expect, we were excited about the new car and happy to have the extended coverage. Had an alignment done. Got my car back, but it was still pulling to the left. I call kia and let them know my car is still pulling. They asked me to come in. I go in the next day only to find out that the tech never performed or even started or completed my alignment. So I paid money for a service you didn't do? Makes me wonder how many other people you made stupid. I did get my paperwork for my alignment to make sure it was actually completed.
