Had an alignment done. Got my car back, but it was still pulling to the left. I call kia and let them know my car is still pulling. They asked me to come in. I go in the next day only to find out that the tech never performed or even started or completed my alignment. So I paid money for a service you didn't do? Makes me wonder how many other people you made stupid. I did get my paperwork for my alignment to make sure it was actually completed. It was time to trade in the old Kia. Elijah was able to find a new one on the lot that fit my needs. Everyone involved was friendly and helpful!
I leased a Kia Sorento in September and in November the check engine light came on. So we took it to Peak Kia to get serviced. It is now the end of February and I still do not have it back. Apparently it’s a wiring harness that needs replaced but no one at Peak KIA or KIA customer service have any idea when it will arrive!
