Had an alignment done. Got my car back, but it was still pulling to the left. I call kia and let them know my car is still pulling. They asked me to come in. I go in the next day only to find out that the tech never performed or even started or completed my alignment. So I paid money for a service you didn't do? Makes me wonder how many other people you made stupid. I did get my paperwork for my alignment to make sure it was actually completed.
