Never had an issue here and only have to go for routine maintenance, and that's about the most rave review you can realistically give a vehicle service center
Paul was quick and efficient, seamless process of shuttling back to work from the service center, once I was back to pick up the car he had everything set to go, checked out in less than ten minutes. Very satisfactory service!
Their communication to the customer is very poor and they seem very disorganized. One time I dropped my car off to have a brake controller installed, since I was having that done I had them do an oil change. Later in the day they called and said my car was ready to pick up. When I got there they had only changed the oil, somehow they forgot to install the brake control. That was the main reason I had dropped it off. The second time was much worse. I’m extremely frustrated with how the service department handled my recent visit. I was told my dead battery wasn’t under warranty and paid out of pocket, only to later discover it absolutely was covered since my car is under three years old with fewer than 36,000 miles. When confronted, the service department agreed to process the battery under warranty.
