I working in consulting and spend a lot of time on my screen. This has cause a huge knot in my shoulder blade and tension in my neck and shoulders. Working with Dr. Maggio, he has helped identify the root cause and I have been able to start feeling less pain in my neck, shoulder blade, and shoulder. I wish I had come here sooner! I’ve had shoulder issues for over a year and saw several PTs and orthopedists with minimal improvement.
