I just took the bike in for my Break-in service at 600miles. I just have to say, the professionalism, timeliness, and explanation that I experienced was top notch. I am glad I got the service plan. I trust my bike to this team. While I was sitting in lobby area, other employees came and said hi, and chatted me up. Dillon was very communicative and prompt with his service. I recommend the peak Honda service team any day!
Overall I get the sense this is a quality dealership. Dillon was solid. I have to give them 2 stars as I was charged $180+ service for 1 tire to be mounted & balanced. I feel this is excessive and likely won't be returning to this dealership for that type of work.
