My inspection report indicated that the home was in great condition; however, after acquiring possession of the property it became evident that there were many glaring issues. I was very open with the inspector that I was out of state and depended on the inspection to help make and informed decision about my purchase. The inspector failed to notice multiple issues from minor (non-functioning light fixtures/receptacles and constantly running toilets) to major issues (water leak in the basement). Scott was honest, thorough and on time. I have used him for two different home purchases - a single family home and a townhouse. Based on the inspections he provided for each one, I was aware of issues or maintenance that needed to be addressed and what I could expect moving forward.
