I did the spin class and it was totally worth it! Great workout! You can go as fast as they are slow it down depending how good of shape your in. Music is fun, and everyone there is very helpful!

I like that no one bugs me here. My favorite gym. I only wish they would stay open later. 10pm is just too early. Especially in the summer time. I would be here @ 2am if i could. Im a night person and midnight is my burn zone..
