This place sucks. And it’s so expensive. You’re low priority if you do telehealth appointments which totally defeats the purpose of it being easier. Never any appointment times, will not work with you. Staff is extremely rude, and appointments are still going to be over 150$ with insurance. The cancellation fee is 300$ if you have something come up and can’t make an appointment. They have No!! boundaries when charging your card and in the billing department. A few good practitioners on staff but the company itself is very greedy and borderline rude when it comes to billing matters. They also have several rude practitioners as well. So it’s like flipping a coin with what you get in that regard. Billing and ownership can be essentially awful though. So do not be surprised if you feel like just a number in their system and they try to squeeze surprise out of pockets and charges out of you with little or even no communication until its piled up. I called and immediately felt good about Peak because of how kind and helpful the person was who booked our appointment. The intake with Sam was also very good. Best of all was our appointment with Dr Sargent. He was very caring, listened well , and explained everything. He’s literally the kindest most professional Psychiatrist I’ve ever met. I can't say enough good things about Peak! Get the help you need to have a thriving life.
