Awful experience. Paid up front, only to have the wrong window size ordered by the company. It's been 2 months and we are still waiting on communication on next steps, I have to keep following up. Save your time and money.
Peak has a group of really knowledgeable people to help you out, from product information to recommendations and design. I’ve been working with Peak for a few years and have experienced excellent service and communication as have our clients. If people haven’t noticed, there are labor shortages, increased overhead costs, unprecedented delays in manufacturing and yet an increase in consumer demand, and that combination creates a stressful and longer than normal process for everyone. Peak glass installed our home’s windows 20 years ago at initial construction. When two of the windows failed, we called Peak to have the failed glass replaced. It took them four visits and nine months to get the job done. Peak miss measured the windows on two occasions, ordered the glass incorrectly and added a tremendous amount of time to get the job completed. When I confronted management about this and asked for some relief on what I would pay them, I was told that if they reduced the price, they would not make any money.... read more
