Wish I could give this place a higher rating - the staff at my colonoscopy appointment were absolutely lovely. However, I was told that my results would be in within 10-14 days and I that they would be uploaded to my portal and sent in the mail. It’s now been a month and the only communication I have received has been additional bills. Dr. Chun, and her entire staff, are extremely knowledgeable, attentive and thorough. They make an unpleasant medical issue tolerable and I know I will be receiving top-notch care when I walk in the door. Very grateful to have found her.
I met with Dr. Chun recently. She took the time to listen and then provide useful feedback and create a plan. The whole team was great.
Had my 20th surgery (colonoscopy/biopsy) on Tuesday with Dr. McWilliams and cannot stop praising the quality of care I received. Every person I came into contact with was so positive, supportive, & informative. My family lives out of state, but with my complex medical history/our family’s trauma they also had immense gratitude for my positive experience.
