I am absolutely impressed with the care I received here. I previously had a horrible experience with a procedure about 10 years ago at a Kaiser in California and had to have the procedure again in September. I told the staff about this experience and they assured me that I wouldn’t have the same experience. And they were right! I woke up from my procedure in tears because I was so scared it wouldn’t go well and it went perfect. The relief I felt was overwhelming.
