I visited for a contact lens checkup. I accidentally gave them the wrong insurance information, but they were incredibly patient and helpful in resolving the issue. They also informed me of the exact coverage and costs beforehand, which was very reassuring. The doctor and staff were all so kind and welcoming. The exam was thorough and well-explained. I have decided to make this my regular eye clinic!

Today was my first visit with Dr. Tsang and his staff. Everyone there was exceptionally friendly and helpful in finding me just the right glasses. I was particularly impressed when he was able to offer me a view through special glasses that emulated my new prescription exactly. I'm looking forward to picking up my new glasses.
