I have to be honest, coming to my appointments just isn’t the same anymore. It’s extremely disappointing walking in and realizing that the best employee they ever had is no longer there. Dee was truly the heart of the place. She was always sweet, respectful, and made every visit feel welcoming and comfortable. I have been a Peak customer since I started wearing glasses in 1995ish. Then it was The Eye Care Center. Called last week to make an appointment and had the worse experience I have ever had anywhere. Receptionist argued with me over what doctor I saw last, which by the way had been 3 years. I was 110% sure of the doctor I have seen for the past 12 years but she continued to argue that her system said otherwise. Well her system was WRONG! This location has been wonderful to operate with. It appears to be family when you walk in and back to Grisby unfortunately is retiring so we’ll have to figure out something else at this point but like I said walking in the door, they’re more than helpful and it’s it’s like family

I have been going to this provider since I was 11 years old. I am now 42. I love Dr. Grigsby, but since they have been bought by this Triangle company you can no longer call them and get directly to a person. You now have to call and go though a scheduler to wait on a call back. I was just working with a young lady last week trying to get something square with my insurance.
