Stay away from this place! ever since their “new “management ! automated phone system , say there busy , they’re going to call you back. They never call you back. Price is unbelievable. Do not waste your time. Do not go here.! Three days and still cannot even order contacts cause nobody will call you back!
I have gone here for well over 25 years. Dr Sie is the only reason I keep going, but the front staff and ones that order your lenses are rude, condescending, and have terrible customer service. I hate to leave Dr Sie, but I am looking at other options.
My son has used this office ever since his first eye exam back in his middle school years. He also used this office 2 years ago after he suffered a traumatic brain injury placing him on disability Medicaid insurance. They had no problem accepting this insurance. He just tried to make a new appointment and did online. They called to verify his appointment and we did and then 2 days later was informed they no longer accept Medicaid. Poor customer service. It was sleeting/freezing rain this morning. Police were closing roads due to the weather. My husband was ten minutes late for his appointment and they wanted to charge him $50. The lady out front went to talk to the manager about not charging him due to the weather conditions and she wouldn’t budge. We will not be going back here.
